Degree Entry

The credits awarded will depend on the degree you completed.

For the most part, if you are an accounting major you will likely receive credit for the first four levels of the CGA program and could expect to begin your studies at the professional level.

Individuals holding other degrees will be awarded credit for the courses relevant to the CGA program. Typically, a business degree with a non-accounting major will receive partial credit for levels 1-3. If you completed a B.A., B.Sc., or other degree you will receive credit for any courses competed that are also included in the CGA program (examples: business communications, information systems, statistics, economics, etc.) Depending on how focused you are you can complete your CGA in 18-36 months.
